I wouldn’t trust them on their anonymity claim, and also be wary if transacting large amounts with them. They will claim red flag, and could ask for you to provide ID for KYC. Which is contradictory to what they claim on their website. They use this to decide if to complete your transaction or not, depending on how they feel. Claiming each transaction is treated individually. There are currently battling 11 BTC with a client, in relation to this issue, and it is not looking good for ChangeNow.io

It’s like a trap, they don't give you enough information about the way transactions occur and next is your money gets stuck with them. Currently they are in a battle with a user who fell into the trap and is now unable to get a refund of about 11BTC. They claim the transaction was "red flagged" by the system and demanded an ID for a KYC, but they still haven't released the funds despite the fact the customer provided Identification. How can claim anonymity and require KYC from some users?. On top of that they avoid calls and have changed office address in the mean time. They are not to be trusted at this point, be careful because you might be the next victim. BalasHapusChangeNow are selectively scamming users. Hiding behind a shell company in Belize, they are holding large deposits hostage. Their method seems to be to demand KYC, hoping the user does not comply. If they comply, they proceed too demand more stuff to frustrate and ensure that KYC pis a;almost impossible. This all too appropriate funds.
